General Information



The Brant Suzuki String School group classes are held at Tollgate Technological High School on Thursdays from 4:30- 6:30 pm.

The Little String Orchestra rehearses from 6:00 – 8:30 pm on the same night.

Private lessons can be scheduled during the school time without the student being marked absent, as long as a parent can get them to a lesson.


RCM Examinations - ask your teacher for information on levels and dates.
A Practical Grade 8 and Advanced Theaory are equivilent to a grade 12 High School Credit.

Instruments Available - As well as rentals through the Little String Orchestra, instruments are often available to purchase through a variety of sources.  Refer to your newsletters, and contact Virginia for additional information.
